Thoughts:
While the second half of this episode focuses on the aftermath of the first half, though sadly unless you speak more Japanese than myself it will likely be skippable for you.
The good news?
The first half was fucking fantastic.
Tam rocks in the underdog role and has increasingly felt like a star ready for a true breakout. This was her moment for sure. Giulia worked hard last year and became a big name in joshi so this was really a big deal. Add in the quality work, some great big spot moments, and the fantastic drama and storytelling and you have a truly must-see encounter and one of the best matches of the year so far. The post-match cut was a nice cap.
