Thoughts:
These are from the Total Conquest Tour, and a show that a lot of fans were raving about. I am back to watching the weekly series versus the Twitch streams. I just prefer it that way. So, let's take a look at what we got this week.
Up first, we have a decent trios opener. A major theme here was Nino Hambuerguesa being tricked by Maravilla. I'm not huge on the plot, but at least it's something. The action, which is what really mattered, was ok. Dinastia was the standout, which isn't much of a surprise.
The midcard match had some of my favorite masked workers. I kind of wish this had been for the Latin American belt, but oh well. Laredo is still in the middle of his semi-push here. He stood out the most again, which he's done a lot this year. Everyone worked hard and this was pretty good. A few missteps held it back, though.
The main event was better than expected. There was a lot of smoke and mirrors, but it largely worked for what it was and everything was at least entertaining. Wagner won clean while wearing a crimson mask, but was attacked after. If you want a circus match, here ya go. Vamp got to stroke his ego in the post-match segment.
Yea, there are issues here but I had a lot of fun with this one. Consider catching this one, or at least watch the three way.
