AEW Rampage #35 Review

Matches: Young Bucks vs Top Flight ***1/4 House of Black vs Fuego del Sol, Dark Order **1/4 Hayter vs Skye **1/2 Hobbs vs Lee **3/4 Thoughts: I had time to watch Rampage last night while taking a break and time this morning while I eat breakfast to drop a review real quick. I've put together a pull list of Mania weekend contests that I'll be watching + reviewing when time allows for such things, by the way. Anyway, the opener was a fairly good TV spotfest. Give them a PPV rematch before the end of the year and you'll have a real banger of a match. I'd actually have Top Flight win the ROH Tag belts sooner than later. Maybe before 2022 ends, unless they're aiming for a long run from FTR. Khan is going to be testing out a lot of things in ROH to see if he thinks it'll work in AEW. More drama occurred with the ATT crew and Sammy/Tay, with the latter fucking up Dan's vehicle. Meh. Danhausen failed once more to curse Hook. House of Black continued to pick up wins

Red's Mania Week Digest

Hey, ladies, gentlemen, and nonbinaries, I wanted to take a look at 2 Mania weekend special event matches and thought this might be the best way to do so. It felt like the best way to kick off content for my return. I am not including normal TV stuff, like Dynamite content or whatever, and I am only pulling matches specifically taking place near Mania as part of the weekend of events, so nothing that happened in Japan will be showing up here. Up first, we have Bandido taking on Bailey. Wanna watch the highlights? Of course you want to watch the highlights. Well, here's a video I found on YT with the highlights, presuming you're not able to watch the full match. I certainly started this set on a high note, as this was a banger. Bandido hasn't seemed to have been at the same level since his COVID issues, but this was him clearly stepping up nicely as he faced off with Speedball. Bailey, for what it's worth, is also a dude I really like and have been following for years. I
