Nacho Libre | Late Night Snack Movie of the Week

I mean, who doesn't love this movie!? Do I even need to write anything? Is it lazy not to? Fine...

This one is loosely inspired off of a real story of a dude in Mexico that helped his church by working the lucha circuit. It's also comedic gold and well worth watching all these years later.

Is that enough? That should be enough. Now, watch the damn movie.

Oh, and eat the snack below because it's delicious.

Loaded Loco Lucha Nachos

  1. Put on your favorite lucha mask. Don't have one? Go to #2.
  2. Get a lucha mask.
  3. Open a big bag of blue corn tortilla chips and place select amount of them in a large bowl.
  4. Cook some ground beef with select taco seasoning and drain the fat.
  5. Melt some Velveeta cheese in a pot, about 16 oz. worth, with a small can of Rotel. Remove once melted and add the meat in.
  6. Pour over the chips.
  7. Add black olives, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, some slice avocado, and a splash of hot sauce to taste as your additional toppings.
  8. Eat that up and see if you can keep your mask clean!
