Tommaso Ciampa, reigning NXT Champion, looks like he will be out for 6+ months after the announcement that he will require neck surgery. Of course, this stalls the revival of DIY and their move up to the main roster. The NXT Championship will be vacated and, I'll presume, a decision match will be taking place during Wrestlemania weekend. Last year, I considered his work to be so enjoyable that I ranked him second overall in the business, and I wish him a speedy, successful recovery process.
