Seattle wins a dramatic one, lots of USL content, MORE! | R.A.W. American Weekend Recap #1

Cruz Azul & América de Cali played a friendly at Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes over the weekend. Since we do proudly cover both clubs, we're breaking out rule of typically ignoring friendlies and giving this one a shout.

Meanwhile, América de Cali's women's squad played a league game and won 3-1 at home. Check out the full game below if you're in the mood!

Miami hosted the lovable rebels from Detroit and were gracious enough to allow DCFC a clean sheet and a 0-4 victory. How kind!

Loudoun United, a team clearly in love with the letter U, instead hosted a Florida team (Tampa Bay) and were pricks to their guests.

Over in California, the Oakland Roots took down Orange County on the road. This one had 7 yellow cards, folks. Enjoy the chaos!

Sacramento also found a W, beating Hartford Athletic in a close one 1-0.

Moving to MLS action, Seattle beat Chicago at home in 2-1 fashion thanks to a PK in added time (and another that came in the 57th).

Palestino's women's team picked up a win. They streamed the entire game online. Their men's side also won this weekend, but I can't find a single highlight on YT of the game.
